Octavia resides in Tennessee surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. She writes faith-based memoirs and poetry about personal triumph even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty in life. She is an advocate in the community for non-profit organizations that range from feeding the homeless, mentoring women at a community Womens shelter and helping to restore voting rights.
